This is Dave's Basket. It was issued in May 2000 in honor of the founder of The Longaberger Company, the late Dave Longagaberger, and it incorporates many features developed by him. The most prominent of these features is the unique stairstep weaving. It also has braided leather trim around the top with the Longaberger name embossed on it. On the bottom, the names of Tami and Rachel are burned into the basket.
The basket is the same size as the regular line medium market basket, with two swinging handles. This basket is in mint condition and it comes with the box and tribute booklet to Dave. Also Available: Woven Lid |
