The American Celebrations Collection introduced a "banner" weave design, in which the accents are designed to appear as a single stripe. This is accomplished through intricate coordination of the colored upsplints and weaves. The basket measures 9.75" square x 7.5" tall with two swinging handles. There are two wide red weaves, each with two narrow blue weaves next to them. This basket is in mint condition and comes with the liner (in Paprika fabric) and protector.
